Can I use an item in an audio-only end product?

Yes. However, the audio-only end product needs to be larger in scope and different in nature than the audio item.

As a rule of thumb, the audio item must not comprise the primary value of your end product. For instance, you may include speech overlayed and interpersed throughout the item.

You are not allowed to distribute the audio track as-is or with superficial modifications. For this case, you’ll need to acquire an official license.
